Peace. Sometimes can be a difficult commodity to come by. In times of uncertainty and chaos, it can feel like the furthest thing from our mind. There have been many times in my life where I have not lived in peace. Have not been able to sleep well. Negative thoughts and emotions running through my mind, on repeat. In those moments, I have not had my mind stayed on Christ. It has been on me and how I, on my own can make a change in a situation, relationship, etc. On my own, I can rarely make a large amount of positive changes, but with God’s help, I can do more than I ever felt was possible. Maybe you or one of your loved ones, are an “Essential Services Worker,” first of all, “Thank you!”. I know they are only words, but they are given with sincere emotion. I cannot imagine how it feels to enter these workplaces each day. But I am sure it is not peaceful. If you trust in Him, you can have peace, even when it seems impossible. Enjoy this song I have linked, aptly called “Peace.” If you are struggling, play it on repeat, until it permeates your being.
