Too often this becomes our way of thinking about flexibility. The Merriam - Webster Dictionary defines flexibility as: characterized by a ready capability to adapt to new, different, or changing requirements. Sounds more like it probably is not going to be my way. Again things changed at work. Grades got switched around, new policies came out. Right now, according to the government guidelines, half of my class will be required to wear a mask, (Grade 4), and the other half will not, (Grade 3). Sounds pretty crazy. After yesterday, when I thought I would be forced into teaching virtually, I am very thankful to have a job. I am a planner. I like to be organized. I do not like leaving things until the last minute. This season, I am called to be flexible. To have a good attitude, when things feel chaotic. To do this is going to require a lot of prayer and making sure my heart is right. It is a chance for me to shine the light of Christ, when everyone around me is in a panic. There are many good opportunities for me coming up. I need to make sure I make the most of them.
